In addition to preparing the residents for college through Innercept Academy, educational plans can provide dual enrollment options for college credits while finishing high school. Those who have completed high school receive educational support while taking college level coursework in the form of advocacy for learning differences, study skills development, curriculum guidance, and setting up resources for tutoring and educational mentoring.
The Coeur d’Alene area has three colleges represented, including North Idaho College, Lewis and Clark College and The University of Idaho. Some students choose to utilize online correspondence coursework for college credit. The Workforce Training Center through North Idaho College provides various programs as well.
