Mike Bologna, B.S., CEM Environmental Therapy Director Bio: Michael began working and training on building maintenance with the Clark County School district in Las Vegas, Nevada. Over the course of his seven years there, he worked in all discipline arenas regarding building maintenance. His studies and experience involved the trades of plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, controls, electronics, and energy management. He then relocated to North Idaho and supplemented his training with a formal college education. During that time he studied a wide range of business classes with a minor in social work. Upon graduation, he joined the City of Coeur d’Alene as their Maintenance Director. It was at this time that he earned his energy manager’s certificate. At the conclusion of fifteen years with the city, Mike accepted the challenge of running the East Valley School district’s facilities department. During that time Mike oversaw a three million dollar budget, and ten different schools. He organized the grounds, custodial, and maintenance divisions, developing budgets and programs to operate under a meager public financial climate. Upon completion of setting up the district maintenance and operations programs, he returned to Idaho and joined the Innercept team. Overall, Mike has had the privilege of 27 years of building maintenance experience, and values the concept of Environmental Therapy as a method of treatment progression. |
