As Innercept is based on a strong therapeutic relationship between the student and the treating clinician and physician, we offer on-going support for a few months after discharge from the Innercept Program.  We believe that the support of the previous treatment team during the first few months is essential in assisting a student in best maintaining the progress that he/she has already made.  We also believe that involvement from the past therapist and physician with the new treatment team members helps obtain the best possible outcome for the student, as a review of goals, progress and treatment strategies will assist the new treatment team members in their knowledge of the student and his/her family.  The coordination of care and a carefully planned discharge process helps achieve the best outcome.

This is the outline of supportive services that will be offered by the Innercept treatment team.
