For added reassurance in the admissions process, we have detailed each specific step.
- Inquiry call to Terri Kennedy, Admissions Coordinator from educational consultant or referring professional, parent or guardian, to discuss Innercept’s availability, questions about the program and clinical match.
- Once appropriate releases of information are signed, educational and psychological testing/evaluations and pertinent records and information are sent to Innercept for review. Parental and/or potential resident interviews are conducted and treating professionals are contacted for consultation.
- If the potential resident is found to be an appropriate match for the program, as determined by the clinical team and Medical Director, the admission process continues.
- Upon acceptance into the program, an application and packet of information is sent to the family, and a tour of the program can be scheduled. Touring provides an opportunity to meet the treatment team and staff, and visit the program locations.
- Program application and forms, along with the admissions deposit, are then signed and sent to Innercept prior to admission.
- Admission date is set for Monday through Thursday, prior to 3 p.m. Travel plans can then be coordinated.
